Security

Access follows your rules.

QueueCure’s working approach starts with client-approved software, defined permissions, confidentiality, and clear escalation.

01

Client-approved software

Agents work only inside the helpdesk, chat, email, CRM, phone, or other software approved for the engagement.

02

Access and local storage

Access follows the permissions provided by the client. Customer information should not be stored locally on agent devices, and access should be removed when it is no longer required.

03

Confidential handling

Confidential handling of customer and business information is part of each engagement. Agents follow the client’s approved policies and escalation rules.

04

Security questions and incidents

Security questions can be sent to hello@queuecure.com. Engagement-specific reporting paths are confirmed with each client.

Company confirmation required: Formal incident-response contacts, notification timelines, retention rules, and security review process.
05

Company confirmation

Operational confirmation required: QueueCure must confirm the final wording for access removal, local storage, confidentiality, retention, and incident handling before legal review and publication.
No certification claims are published. Any security certification, audit, or data-protection compliance statement requires documentary company approval before it is added.
